Introduction<\/span><\/b>– A women’s cell in a college is a dedicated committee or group aimed at addressing issues related to women students, faculty, and staff, and promoting gender equality within the institution. It provides a supportive environment for women, raises awareness about women’s rights, and organizes various activities and programs to empower women.<\/span><\/p>\n

Objectives-<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Provide support and counseling to women facing issues such as harassment, discrimination, or personal problems.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conduct workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on gender equality, women’s rights, and related topics.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Educate the college community about laws and policies related to women’s safety and rights.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Conduct workshops on self-defense, stress management, and career guidance.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Organize seminars on topics such as gender sensitization, legal rights, and financial literacy.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Celebrate International Women’s Day, and other relevant days with events and activities.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Organize cultural programs, debates, and competitions to promote gender equality.<\/span><\/p>\n
