From the Principal’s Desk

Government College Bichhua, Chhindwara beholds the vision:  To transform students into competent citizens through quality education for making an ethically enriched society. To achieve this vision, we are striving to excel in both quantitative as well as qualitative aspects of higher education. The institution is fast marching ahead to fulfill its objectives and mission. Located in a tribal belt, this college is poised to meet the expectations of society in general and the tribal population in particular. It is preparing students for leadership in a multicultural world enriching through teaching, research, creative and outreach activities to meet the aspirations of the nation. The college has been introducing new professional training programs to meet the industry requirement of skilled professionals, along with the traditional programs that are essential for knowledge enhancement. The college has been playing a significant role in delivering inclusive education at an affordable cost to all segments of society. This college has certainly proved as an asset in the region and our country for catering to the multifaceted educational needs of the many.  All the future actions, plans and programs of the college are focused on crafting a future generation that is capable of building a humane society.

From the session 2021-22, the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has been implemented in the institution by following the guidelines of the UGC and Higher Education, M.P. for the development of the students’ social, intellectual, emotional, ethical, moral and aesthetic facets of an individual in an integrated manner which prepares them for the transformation of the nation and makes India as a “Vishwa Guru”.

The Use of technology and the flexible system with traditional values prepares students to become successful in life and eventually become responsible citizens and contribute to the society and country at large. The congenial learning atmosphere of college encourages learners to develop their personality holistically with the help of conceptual knowledge, practical training, behavioural practices and keeping themselves fit by practicing Yoga for a healthy and spiritual lifestyle
